Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential businesses, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders to promote NIRDC initiatives.

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding events, programs, and services.

  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

  • Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.

  • Explain the benefits of NIRDC programs and answer any queries professionally.

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies.

  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Previous experience (1+ years) in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Languages].
