Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential businesses, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders to promote NIRDC initiatives.
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding events, programs, and services.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
Explain the benefits of NIRDC programs and answer any queries professionally.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Previous experience (1+ years) in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Languages].
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and engage professionally with clients.
