Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with NIRDC’s goals.
Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive website traffic and engagement.
Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Handle Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
Develop partnerships with industry leaders and influencers to boost online presence.
Oversee the design and execution of email marketing campaigns and automation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools.
Strong knowledge of content marketing, copywriting, and lead generation strategies.
Ability to design and execute data-driven campaigns for measurable results.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Experience with WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools is a plus.
