Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with NIRDC’s goals.

  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive website traffic and engagement.

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, blogs, and email campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Handle Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.

  • Develop partnerships with industry leaders and influencers to boost online presence.

  • Oversee the design and execution of email marketing campaigns and automation.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital channels.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools.

  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, copywriting, and lead generation strategies.

  • Ability to design and execute data-driven campaigns for measurable results.

  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

  • Experience with WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools is a plus.
